Thanks for stopping by!
I’m Dr. RobynLowery
I’ve been intentional about creating a practice that blended both evidenced-based psychotherapy and holistic treatment, while actively working to reduce stigma, and educating others about maternal wellness and perinatal mental health.
I suspect that if you’re anything like me, it’s important to know not only my qualifications as a provider, but also whether or not our personalities are compatible. In that spirit, below I’ve shared a few details about my counseling approach and style.
And for those still interested in the credentials, don’t worry. I’ve got some receipts below for you too.

Here’s the Details !
My style is a balance between challenge and support. I will point out blind spots. I will offer information and resources to support you and your loved ones. I will use humor and encourage laughter. I will help you vocalize your emotions, even the ugly ones. I will also hold onto hope for you when you can’t or until you no longer feel the overwhelming weight of carrying its burden.I recognize that everyone has different levels of readiness and operates at their own pace. I believe that the power of natural remedies and the benefit of medications can coexist. I recognize the significant influence of society and the environment on women’s mental health. Above all I want you to know that..
You Will get better. You Will feel better. It Will be better.
